Expected better from Grundig/Eton
One certainly can't fault Eton/Grundig for its customer service! A bit of history: My original purchase, about 3 years ago, was a G5 AM/FM/SW/LW, similar in size and appearance to the G3, but with less sophisticated circuitry.
