We love this answering machine! Short of having multiple mailboxes, it has everything you need. We had tried a few digital answering machines before settling with this one. Pros Loud and clear messages. Easy to use.

Cons Lack of good voice menu prompts when remotely dialing in for messages.

I went through 2 different digital answerers - a Sony and an AT&T - before buying this Panasonic. Neither the Sony nor AT&T were crisp, loud and clear --- both outgoing and incoming messages sounded like the speaker had cotton in their mouth.
