Excellent HD daytime video, high quality camcorder
I first purchased the first HiDef HD 30gb version of this camera (HDR-SR1) when it was released last year. As my son was born I wanted the absolute best video we could obtain as we only have one chance to film these wonderful early years.

Panasonic SDR S150 flash media camcorder
This is an outstanding camcorder. If you hate lugging around that big camcorder this is for you. Very compact and almost pocket sized. Excellent camcorder. Great daylight results
This camcorder is excellent. It captures very life like daylight footage, and, as long as you use Twilight or Portrait mode, relatively noise free low light images. Noise only starts appearing in low light if you keep it in Auto mode.

WOW! What a picture...
It puts 1080i play from the camera and 1080p once you take time to burn the HD content to the mini blu-ray disc ($30 piece stores on hour 1080p high def video.)
